Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive and inspect returned items, you will get an email confirmation about the returned item. We will also notify you as to the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 24-48 hours for these changes to be reflected on your account. Please note, turn around times many vary among financial institutions.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Every amplifier comes with a 12 month warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers everything but loss or stolen items.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been accepted your money will be refunded. This will be reflected on your account within 24-48 hours. If your refund is not present after 24-48 hours, please contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate to will be mailed to you.

At this time, we do not refund items to anyone other than the purchaser, unless indicated as a gift and mailed directly to purchaser. If the item wasn not marked as a gift when purchased, or the person who gifted it had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to them.

Shipping Cost
